In the description of each Adventure you can find an accurate description of all the sporting activities on offer.

With these FAQs we intend to summarise the questions we receive most often or those that we would ask ourselves.

How can I book an Adventure?

Click the “Book Now” button on the homepage and you will be taken directly to the Adventures on offer. You can choose from those we suggest based on the season or from your favourite activities.

Simply select the Adventure of your choice to find more information, including the adventure plan and requirements.

To book your Adventure, simply choose your preferred dates from the drop-down menu, change the quantity if there are two or more of you travelling and select “Add to Cart”. Then simply click the cart icon at the top of the page and go through the checkout process.Once the booking is complete you will receive a confirmation email with the purchase receipt and a welcome email within one working day.

Read the description carefully and if you have any doubts or questions you can contact us directly in the chat. There will always be someone available to assist you with your purchase. To confirm your booking, just add your selection to the cart and proceed with the purchase.

The date I’m looking for is not available on the calendar

If the date you are looking for is not available on the calendar, contact us and we will try all possible solutions to satisfy your request.

How far in advance is it necessary to book?

You can book as far in advance as you like, however we recommend securing your place as soon as possible. We have a limitation on numbers for each adventure, so the earlier you book, the more likely your preferred dates will be available.

How do I know that the booking has been successful? What is the booking procedure?

Once the booking is complete you will receive a confirmation email with the purchase receipt and a welcome email within one working day.

Can I change my booking?

You may change the date of your booking up to 45 days before your original Adventure is scheduled to take place without any further cost. If it is less than 45 days before the Adventure, some costs may be incurred which we will discuss with you.

Is there a minimum number of participants?

There is no minimum number of participants, so you can book knowing that your adventure will go ahead unless there are any extenuating circumstances such as weather conditions.

I want to book/give a gift but I don't know the date

You can purchase a gift card which will give the recipient the freedom to choose their preferred dates.

I arrive/leave one day before/after, is a transfer service available?

The transfers included are those mentioned in the Adventure description.
If these do not work for you, please contact us and our team will advise you of the best alternatives.

What payment methods are available?

  • Our payment processing partner Stripe accepts the following:
    Visa (credit and debit cards).

  • MasterCard (credit and debit cards).

  • American Express.

  • Apple Pay.

May I modify/cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your activity you must contact us immediately. All cancellation requests must be in writing, signed by you, and acknowledged by us. Since we incur costs in cancelling your arrangements, all cancellations are subject to an administrative fee, details of which are as follows:

  • 45+ days - 0% of the total participation fee.

  • 44-30 days - 50% of the total participation fee.

  • 29-15 days - 70% of the total participation fee.

  • 14-0 days - 100% of the total participation fee.

What happens if an experience is cancelled due to bad weather?

Practicing outdoor sports, we know that the weather can be very unpredictable. In the event that adverse weather conditions endanger the safety of the Adventure, at the sole discretion of the Guide, the Adventure may change or be cancelled. In these cases we offer alternative experiences.

How can I contact you/contact the Local Expert?

If you need specific information from the Local Expert, we will provide you with contact details to get in touch with them while on your Adventure.

What does it include/not include?

In the description sheet for each Adventure you will find everything that is included and not included.

How can I know if Adventure is right for me?

Would you like to participate in our Adventures but don't know if they are right for you? Whether you are a beginner or have more experience, contact us using the live chat or email us at contact@sardiniaadventures.com and we will be able to advise you.

Is it possible to modify the itinerary of the Adventures?

It is not possible for obvious reasons to modify/customize the Adventures, unless they are affected by adverse weather conditions or force majeure. Any changes will be at the sole discretion of the Guide.

What should I bring with me? (Kit List)

You will find a list of the items you will need to bring for each Adventure under the section “Equipment List” on every Adventure page.

What can I expect regarding accommodations? / Where is the overnight stay expected?

The locations of the overnight stays will be included in the Adventure Plan on every Adventure page.

What can I expect regarding food?

Our onsite team know that appreciating local food is an integral part of the Adventure and that it helps to make it an unforgettable experience. They will be able to best advise where to appreciate local food with a wide range of possibilities.
We will take care to inform the chefs about any allergies or dietary requirements.
